West Plains, MO – June 19 and 20, 2015. Come celebrate Old Time music and the distinctive culture of the Ozarks Highlands. Held the third week-end in June each year. The festival site reaches from Historic Court Square down East Main to the West Plains Civic Center grounds.
As well as the music performed on various stages, there will be artisans demonstrating their crafts, children’s activities, a Dutch Oven Cook-off, square dancing, mule jump, jig dance comptetition, fiddling, living history, turkey calling competition, lots of great food, and much, much more.
Carthage, MO – The annual Farm Girl Fest will be held May 16, 2015, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Kendrick Place in Carthage, MO. Admision is free.
There will be crafts of all kinds, food, blue grass music, hay rides, face painting, games, and tours of the Kendrick House.

Laurie, MO – September 18-19, 2015. The Annual Hillbilly Fair will be held at the Laurie Fairgrounds in Laurie, MO. Please come and enjoy a parade, craft booths, food booths, games, demonstrations, and carnival rides. Dances are on Friday night and Saturday night will be a tractor pull, beer garden and bingo.

Gainsville, MO – September 17-19, 2015. Celebrate the old time ways with family and friends at this three-day festival.
Crafts, parades, music and dancing, and food are sure to please everyone – young and old. There will be demonstrations of the way things were done in pioneer days, as well as pet shows, bed races and outhouse racing.
A variety of merchandise will be for sale, such as handmade quilts, dolls, baskets and woodcrafts.
You’ll find traditional festival food – beans & cornbread, funnel cakes, BBQ, roasted corn on the cob, hamburgers, specialty coffees & drinks, and even snow cones.
Enjoy the sounds of gospel, country, bluegrass and folk music, as special guests are scheduled to perform throughout the day and each evening of the festival.

Springfield, MO – September 11-12, 2015, the Annual Greater Ozarks Blues Festival will be presented by the Blues Society of the Ozarks. The festival will be held at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in Springfield, MO.

Fair Grove, MO – September 26-27, 2015. The Annual Fair Grove Heritage Reunion is one of the largest arts & crafts festivals in Southwest Missouri. Fair Grove is located approximately 12 miles north of Springfield, just east of Highway 65, on Highway 125.
In addition to arts and crafts, there will be food, music and entertainment. Saturday, there will be a hometown parade and on Sunday, a church service. The event features country music, dancing, period entertainment from the 1800’s, horse and mule obstacle course demonstrations, antique small engine, tractors, threshing, and lots of things to eat.
Admission is free! However, some parking areas charge a fee for parking. Trolleys are available to take visitors to and from the outlying areas.
Some places of interest are the Wommack Mill, Bell Hotel, Miller’s Cabin, Blacksmith Cabin, Duke School House, Farm Machinery Museum and several restored buildings on the historic Fair Grove Square.

Seymour, MO – September 10-12, 2015. You won’t have a hard time finding the annual Seymour Apple Festival in this small Missouri town. Most of it is centered around the town square. Seymour is located 30 miles east of Springfield on US 60.
Here are some of the things you can expect:

- Music – Nightly and all during the day Fri-Sat. Gospel music and country music by several performers.
