Past Event – Scenic Riverways Arts & Crafts Show and Sale – Eminence

Eminence, MO – The Scenic Riverways Arts & Crafts Association will present it’s annual Arts & Crafts Show and Sale on October 11 (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and October 12 (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Admission is free.

There will be a wide range of exhibits, such as oil paintings, wood carvings, quilts, rugs, jewelry, handmade furniture, ceramics, purses, weaving, and much more. All items are hand-crafted in the Ozarks and many are working exhibits.

You can also enjoy live Bluegrass, Gospel and Country Music.

Past Event – Heritage Craft Festival – Arrow Rock

Arrow Rock, MO – The Heritage Craft Festival will be held in Arrow Rock on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 11-12, 2014, with festivities running 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. This popular craft festival is back and better than ever for 2013 with the addition of more activities and opportunities to experience life as it was lived in the 1800s.

There is a $2 admission fee.

Past Event – McCauley’s Haunted Woods Fall Attraction – Nixa

Nixa, MO – The McCauley family is a long time Nixa farming family and has converted part of their farm into a haunted 1/2 mile trail through the woods.

Their main goal is to be a scary attraction without gore and horror. Nothing is scarier than walking through the woods at night alone listening to the sounds of the night around you.

Several things are offered for small and large groups alike. Camp fire packages are available with hot dogs and chips, and an S’ Mores package is also available. There is also a concession stand on site. Full length PG-13 scary movies pay twice each night on a big outdoor movie screen.

Carthage, Missouri – The 2nd Annual Leggett & Platt United Way Fall Festival will be held Saturday, October 4, 2014. This festival features craft booths, good food, good music, and lots of fun.

Past Event – Ozark Fall Farmfest

Springfield, MO – October 3-5, 2014. Admission and parking are free for this large agricultural trade show (It’s one of the largest in the Midwest!) held at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds in Springfield, MO.

There will be over 750 booths of products and services for the farm and ranch, as well as more than 500 head of purebred livestock on display.

Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Admission is free.
