Past Event – Pierce City Arts Festival

Pierce City, MO – The Pierce City Arts Festival will be held in the Pierce City Park on South Elm Street, May 16, 2015. This festival will feature artists and their artwork, authors, art demonstrations, free chalk drawing, and fine art workshops.

Festival Hours: 9 A.M. TO 4 P.M.
Wine Tasting Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Cherry Blossom Kite Festival – Springfield

Springfield, MO – The Cherry Blossom Kite Festival will be held April 11, 2015, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Botanical Center at Nathanael Greene/Close Memorial Park, 2400 S. Scenic Ave., Springfield, MO.

This event involves kite making and flying from the Botanical Center’s roof plaza and great lawn. Admission to the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden is free that day. Various activities will celebrate Springfield’s Sister Ciity, Isesaki, Japan. Origami and other crafts will be available.

Past Event – Rock’n Ribs BBQ Festival – Springfield

Springfield, MO – April 25, 2015. The Annual Rock and Ribs Barbeque Festival is a delicious, mouthwatering event that benefits 6 local Children’s Charities! 60 teams from all over come together to compete for the best Barbeque in a ‘Kansas City BBQ Society’ Sanctioned event. Come to the Bass Pro Shops Headquarters, in Springfield, MO, at the corner of Sunshine & Campbell, and be one of the thousands of samplers who enjoy chicken, pork and beef starting at 1:00. There’s 11 hours of Live music, a Kids Play Zone, Motorcycle Show and of course: plenty of Food and Drinks. And yes, it’s ok to wear a bib!

Past Event – Antique Festival of the Ozarks – Springfield

Springfield, MO – Antique dealers from across the Midwest present thousands of nostalgic items for shoppers to peruse. You’ll find antiques, books, toys, primitives, pottery, furniture, art, decor, glass, jewelry, and other vintage collectibles and and repurposed items. Located at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, E-Plex West.

February 7 & 8, 2015
October 24 & 25, 2015

Saturday – 9 am to 5 pm
Sunday – 10 am to 5 pm

Admission for Adults is $5; children under 12 are admitted free. Parking is free.
